Matchking was retained to recruit two Marketing Executive contract positions, one of which would transition from temporary to permanent.

Matchking deployed a blended approach, leveraging our candidate database and social networking alongside targeted outreach through our Powering H2H marketing network. We also provided guidance on salary adjustments as the roles evolved during the search process.

Selection was conducted over two stages - a first interview with the line manager followed by a second with the Sales Director. Throughout the process, candidates were carefully managed with timely feedback, and the client was kept informed at every step. Interviews were carried out face to face or via video call.

Both positions were filled successfully. Matchking remained closely involved throughout the offer process and secured an increase in salary and benefits when one of the contract roles transitioned to a permanent position.
