With almost 20 years recruitment experience in a variety of companies and sectors, I have been recruiting marketing professionals for the two decades.
During this time I looked, listened and quickly learnt what made the best recruiters. By working with traditional business values where trust and integrity are important, this allowed me to build long-term relationships with a large number of really great clients and candidates who agree with my philosophy that people should come first.
Matchking was borne out of my desire to focus on the human element of recruitment, where standards, professionalism and great service are paramount. That, coupled with our expertise and market knowledge has enabled me to realise my ambition to create a recruitment company that is different.
My background is advertising and marketing based, having built my career in media buying and full-service advertising agencies. The common link between my previous positions and now the role I have in Matchking is that they have all been completely focused and dedicated to providing excellent client service.
I have been involved with Matchking since its inception and it has been very exciting helping it go from strength to strength.
As a very process driven person, I provide the backbone of support that ensures that we deliver a high quality and consistent service to everyone.
I have been a recruiter for over 25 years and cut my teeth in a leading city based recruitment firm which provided contractors into the financial markets. As a highly successful IT recruiter I played a major role in one of the Sunday Times top 100 fastest growing IT contract recruitment firms in the 1990's and have since widened my industry experience to cover many diverse markets including the public sector, security, advertising and PR markets.
In 2012 I joined Matchking and have accelerated building our growing IT and technology client base, our client and candidate network and winning a number of high profile clients who appreciate the honest and caring methods we live by.
